1. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

For new entrepreneurs (short quantity): Minimum 50 pieces. For custom
manufacturing (bulk order): 5,000 pieces.

2. How can I view your wholesale price list?

If you contact us at sales@epoquewear.com with your business
details, our sales team will provide you with the latest price list for your required products.

Do you offer any special discounts for bulk orders (5,000+ pieces)?

Yes, we offer special rates based on the order quantity and product model. Please contact our sales team for further discussion.

4. Is it possible to get a sample before placing an order?

Yes, samples are available for quality verification before placing large orders. To learn more about sample costs and procedures, please get in touch with us.

Production & Quality

5. What types of garments and products do you manufacture?

We manufacture T-shirts, denim, Panjabis, three-piece outfits, and home appliance items such as towels and bed sheets.

How do you ensure the production quality standards?

We strictly follow the AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standard. Our in-house QC team conducts three-stage quality inspections, and clients are also welcome to arrange third-party QC evaluations foradditional assurance.

7. Is custom design or private labeling available?

Yes, this is one of our core services. We offer full custom manufacturing based on your designs and specifications

Payment & Terms

8. What are your payment terms and conditions?

For custom manufacturing (5,000+ pieces): Payment should be cleared in three steps but before loading.

For short quantity/pre-orders (50 pieces): 50% advance payment is required, and the remaining amount can be paid in two installments

9. What is the estimated lead time to receive the order?

The lead time depends on the order volume, customization level, and current production schedule.

Typically, small orders take 15–30 days, while bulk ordes require 60–90 days forcompletion.

10. What should be done if any defective products are received?

Despite our strict QC process, if any defective products are found, we promptly verify the issue and arrange for a replacement or compensation as per the agreed contract terms.

11. Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, in line with our vision to expand our reputation globally, we offer worldwide shipping.

The shipping cost is to be borne by the client.

How do you ensure the production quality standards?

We deliver through reliable logistics partners, ensuring secure and timely shipment.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided for your convenience.
